RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind and cancel your order before the trademark application has been submitted to the Trademark Office, we will refund you the fees paid minus SGD 100 to cover administrative costs.
Once your trademark application has been submitted to the Trademark Office, it is not possible to get a refund because the official Trademark Office fees have been paid.
